Service policy

OMGITA delivers within the subscribed metro area. Same-day service requires a complete pickup request in dispatch chat by 12:00 PM local time. Later bookings are next-day. Maximum 50 lb per stop. Hazardous materials are not accepted.

Neighborhood includes up to 75 stops per month. Metro includes up to 250. Extra stops can be arranged in dispatch chat.
