Subscribe to a route plan 2. Send pickup details in the member dispatch chat 3. We collect, route, and deliver 4. You get a drop-off photo and status update Service notes - Parcels up to 50 lb per stop - Neighborhood includes up to 75 stops per month - Metro includes up to 250 stops per month - Extra stops can be added from dispatch chat - Food, retail, and e-commerce parcels are all accepted. Hazardous materials are not. Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
